Sacred Moon: Spiritual Message of Hormonal Changes

Yuri Murakami, ND, 3:00PM-4:00PM

Once upon a time, when time was told by the moon, women were highly respected in the society. They celebrated the monthly ritual of bleeding by the moon and they all menstruated together. It was the time of  high energy, creativity, wisdom and deep spirituality....

In this workshop, Yuri will talk about the connection of moon and women's hormone cycle (menstrual and menopause) and help you to connect to your femininity which nature has given to us. For men, it is a great workshop to learn why women go through the emotional changes through out the month (and life!) and how to support them.
