Healing Your Chakras

The Chakras are energy centres in the body that both influence and reflect how we think and how we feel. Each Chakra guides different aspects of our lives/being; for example, how we deal with stressful situations, how we perceive situations etc. When the Chakras are clear and functioning appropriately, there is a flow to life and a clarity of being.

In this workshop we will learn a little about each Chakra, and practice a meditation to clear each one

Appreciating Your Wholeness from Within and Without: an Introduction to Jungian Dream Analysis

Although we tend to focus on what we do in our waking life, our sleeping life is also part of ourselves which reflects who we are.  In our sleep we encounter dreams where we experience various incidents, including something ordinary and strange as well as something positive and negative. 

 

In Jungian Psychology we appreciate dreams as something meaningful and suggestive for our holistic well-being.  Dreams often contain universal images in a personal context of the dreamer.  In the workshop we will explore dreams to see how personal issues could appear in images which might look simple and common.

Eating for Your Body Type - Wisdom from Ayurveda & Naturopathy -
